Roll-Fed labels are a cost effective option for products in the beverage, food and household product markets. These wrap around labels provide shelf presence by providing 360° billboard graphics on straight wall and some shaped containers.

 

Inventory Reduction

Roll-Fed labels provide the opportunity for consumer product manufacturers to reduce their container inventory. The full surface coverage allows for the reduction of inventory by replacing pre-decorated containers with full wrap roll-fed graphics.

 

Available Substrates

Fort Dearborn Company offers both standard roll-fed (non-shrink) and wrap around shrink roll-fed labels (which are ideal for shaped containers).

We offer several material options to meet your labeling requirements, including paper substrates for straight wall containers and laminated and monolayer Oriented Polypropylene (OPP) films in clear, white or metallized; PVC, PETG and polyolefin materials for shaped containers.

 

Print Capabilities

Our print capabilities include flexographic and UV flexo printing up to 10 colors along with multiple coating options to provide eye-catching labels that are durable and scuff resistant.

We also offer innovative coatings such as tactile feel and matte/gloss combinations to provide a unique look to your labels.
